“I know.” Quinn answers as she sits opposite him at the breakfast bar. She looks thoroughly pissed off as she stabs her flick knife into an apple in the fruit bowl and raises it to her mouth. “Apparently it’s more convincing if I turn up looking ‘less than perfect’ on a Saturday morning.” If Quinn’s tone of voice could be weaponised she’d have a flawless kill rate.

Good evening universe.

Been a while.

Things are ticking along, somewhat faster than I can really keep a handle on them. Work is - well, work is huge. It's hard to switch it off, hard to remember I have a life outside of it. And really that's all there is. I've been struggling with some kind of bug which I suddenly realised today was probably exhaustion. I've had 3 days off and I've slept most of them and I feel much better.

It's heads down now until we survive Christmas at which point I will have a big ass birthday party and sleep some more.

How's the world?

I've been eagerly awaiting the next episode of Glee even though I HATE, fucking HATE that new Irish kid. I mean, really. I want to hurt him. With sharp things. But anyway - we get to see Kurt and Blaine being cute and that makes me happy in my happy place. And the new series of Grey's is coming on and....

Oh - anyone watched 'Educating Essex'? Anyone else cry like a big fat girl? Oh man, I cried. And The Choir: Military Wives. When the welsh woman sand 'Make You Feel My love'?

Yeah, I've been sleeping and watching ALL the telly this weekend. I won't get to watch any more for like - 2 weeks but I had a bit of a tv binge today :D
